David L. Engelsher, Senior Associate

New York City native David L. Engelsher is a Senior Associate at the Law Office of William A. Gallina, PLLC, where he practices in the area of personal injury law. Mr. Engelsher is a 1987 graduate of the Jacob D. Pablo A. Sosa, Trial Attorney

Pablo A. Sosa was admitted to practice in the state of New York in 1996, spending the first five years of his legal career as a civil defense attorney, first for an insurance company and then in private practice, defending insureds against negligence, medical malpractice and accident claims. The firm's medical malpractice cases are overseen by Louis G. Solimano, an attorney with over 20 years in practice concentrating in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and negligence. Admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1977, Mr. Solimano began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx and went on to become an Assistant Corporation Counsel before going into practice for himself. Lidelfo A. Franco, Of Counsel

Lidelfo A. Franco, a native of the Dominican Republic, obtained his Juris Doctorate from the CUNY School of Law in 1998. Mr. Franco is a sole practitioner with a private practice specializing in criminal and civil matters, with a special emphasis on representing victims of personal injury in medical malpractice, transportation and construction accidents, and premises liability cases.

Prior to joining William Gallina's team, Mr. Franco began his legal career as a Legal Coordinator with the New York City Department of Correction, where he provided legal services assistance to pretrial defendants and sentenced inmates seeking post conviction remedies. Thereafter, Mr. Franco became an associate at a leading New York worker compensation law firm where he represented injured clients at trials and hearings before the Workers' Compensation Board.

Mr. Franco then served as Court Attorney to Civil Court Judge Arthur F. Engoron, in the Bronx and in Manhattan, where he worked in a confidential capacity and handled all phases of trials and aspects of litigation, conferenced and settled cases, and wrote draft decisions and jury charges.

After leaving the Unified Court System, Mr. Franco became an associate at a Brooklyn-based law firm, where he represented hundreds of injured clients in all types of personal injury cases from inception through trial, obtaining for them the highest possible awards.
