David Marrone earned his J.D. in 1999 from St. John's University School of Law. It was during his tenure at St. John's that he came to work for the Law Office of William A. Gallina as an intern, and he remained with the firm after being admitted to the New York Bar in 2000.

Mr. Marrone is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, where he played four years as a linebacker for the Terrapins. David applies the same fighting spirit that made him a success on the gridiron in the courtroom when he fights for you in your lawsuit.

In his 8 years with the firm, Mr. Marrone has negotiated and settled numerous cases in various areas of the practice. In addition, Mr. Marrone has resolved many cases via trial, arbitration and mediation.
