The story of Gallina Law starts in the West Farms section of the Bronx, where Bill Gallina was born on his parents' kitchen table. Home births were common in immigrant families, where money was tight and hospitals a luxury. Many people today don't understand that world, of hardworking people making an honest living, raising their children as best they can, believing in the American Dream.
Bill Gallina grew up in that world, attending public schools and working his way through college. He put his engineering degree to work at Grumman, where he and the pioneers of rocket propulsion helped put Americans on the moon. Intensely hardworking even then, he spent nearly four years of nights and weekends earning a law degree.
That was 30 years ago, and Bill's expertise has grown, not only in law, but in technology and medicine as well. He founded his personal injury law firm in 1992, and the office now handles hundreds of cases a year, with four attorneys, six support staff, and Bill himself at the helm.
There's a reason Bill keeps his practice in the Bronx, with the people he knows and understands. He never forgets his roots, and he'll never quit fighting, and winning, for his neighbors. Because a champion never gives up.
